A compact and simple structure is designed to create an all-optical XOR logic gate using a two-dimensional, photonic crystal lattice. The was implemented three waveguides connected by two nano-resonators. plane wave expansion method used obtain the band gap finite-difference time-domain investigate behavior of electromagnetic field in structure.
